What we collect
When you fill out our application, book a call, or subscribe to a list, we collect: your name, email, phone number, optional Instagram handle, the answers you provide on our application form, marketing-attribution data (UTM source, medium, campaign, content) captured from the URL you arrived on, and a timestamp. We log standard server access information (IP, user-agent, page) for fraud prevention and analytics.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct discovery calls, send transactional and program-related communications, deliver paid services, measure marketing performance, prevent fraud, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it lives
Application and lead data is stored in Google Sheets and Google Workspace. Calendly handles call scheduling. Stripe handles payments. Skool and Discord host our community spaces. We use industry-standard providers and review their data practices before integrating.
Communications
By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS related to your application and our program. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Email frequency is operational (related to your account / program) plus occasional marketing updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies and standard web analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some Service features may not work without them.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or correct inaccuracies. Email hello@peptideops.co to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
