Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing PeptideOps (the “Service”), enrolling in any coaching program, or purchasing any digital product offered through funnel.peptideops.co, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the service
PeptideOps is a business education and coaching company. We provide guidance, templates, supplier introductions, and operational frameworks for entrepreneurs building research-peptide brands. We are not a medical provider. We do not sell peptides directly to end consumers and we make no therapeutic, diagnostic, or dosage claims about any product.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to operate a business in your jurisdiction to enroll. You are solely responsible for confirming that your business activities are lawful where you operate.
4. Payment, refunds, and chargebacks
All purchases are final unless an explicit refund window is offered in writing. The $1,850 Build Call is non-refundable once a slot is scheduled. The Wholesale Network is month-to-month and may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. The full coaching program operates under a separate written agreement that supersedes these Terms with respect to refunds. Filing a chargeback while the dispute is unresolved is a breach of these Terms.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for: forming and maintaining your own legal entity; obtaining required licenses; complying with local, state, and federal law; complying with payment-processor and platform terms of service; maintaining accurate product labeling and disclaimers; and the content you publish under your own brand.
6. Intellectual property
All curriculum content, templates, frameworks, and software inside the program remain the property of PeptideOps. You may use them inside your own business but may not resell, republish, or share them publicly.
7. No earnings guarantee
Specific revenue figures shown anywhere on this site or inside the program are examples from prior students and the founder. They are not predictions and not guarantees. Your results depend on your effort, market, and execution.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptideOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior twelve months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
